Lead time
The earlier you reach out, the more time there is to reserve your preferred glassware. If your date is closer, send through the details anyway and we’ll advise what may be possible.

During your event

We’ll share the handling guidance that applies to your order before delivery or collection. Keeping pieces together and free from food/Liquid residue after use helps make the pack-down smoother.

Your delivery, collection, or return arrangements are confirmed as part of your hire plan. We’ll make sure you know where pieces should be kept after the event and what needs to be ready for handover.
For the smoothest finish, allow a little time in your run sheet for packing pieces back into their supplied crates or boxes.
